More About the Presenter
Daniel Alzamora, P.E., M.ASCE, is a Senior Geotechnical Engineer for the Federal Highway Administration Resource Center and a member of the Earth Retaining Structures, Geosynthetics, and Embankments, Dams, and Slopes Committees of the GEO-INSTITUTE. With 30 years of Geotechnical experience, Daniel has spent the past 18 years with the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA). Daniel earned a BSCE from University of Connecticut and a MSCE from the University of Colorado. Daniel provides technical support to the FHWA references on design and construction of MSE walls and slopes, earth retaining structures, and geosynthetics.
